Majordomo member list suppression

I've just begun managing a majordomo list and would like to
suppress the response to the 'who' option, also for members.
It seems that anybody sensitive to privacy issues might
want to do this on a per-list basis. Is this already possible?
If not, how difficult can it be to redefine or expand the
members-only config options to allow suppression?
