I think that this archiving of lists, web pages,
etc, esp. w/o permission is going to be more and
more common.  If you manage a public list, you
should really consider developing a policy, maybe
publishing it in the description or introductory
message.

This is why I have copyrights on all my web pages,
no matter how trivial - because there are too many
people out there ready to run off with it as if it
were theirs.
