Better yet... meet them halfway. I flag all of my policy stuff with
"Admin:" in the banner. Users are expected to read those, and like my
other written documentation, ignorance isn't an excuse (although it's
used a lot).
Seems like it's reasonable to make it easy for everyone to find the
policy stuff, not just FindMail. If it's not just a random post,
shouldn't it be flagged somehow? The end users aren't mind-readers, and
if they're scanning subject lines for topics, how do *they* know when
policy is issued? Don't assume users read all the messages...
