I assume you've determined that it really isn't coming from your site.

You have a queue ID (from the Received: header); go through your MTA logs
and see where it's coming from.  (You really shouldn't have to do that;
your MTA should be more verbose in its Received: headers.)  Contact
root/postmaster at that site and ask them to trace it back from their site.
It's probably originating at their site, in which case you can cross check
with your subscriber list and send a test message or two.  If they're
willing to help you'll find it eventually.
