They've gone to Keyword:Mail Controls, and turned off accepting
any mail from the Internet. Unfortunately, there's just not much you
can do to help them out. I'll talk to the developers and see if we
can change it so that if they can't receive from the Internet, then
they also can't send to the Internet (hopefully with suitable
instructions to them on how to change their Mail Controls so that
this doesn't happen again).
