Check the press releases, and the recent settlements. We're not
going to be advertising until we spend major money on major upgrades,
meanwhile coming back with major refunds for people who have been hit
with access problems.
As I said before, if any of the features of our mail system have
unintended side-effects, we will get them corrected as soon as we
can, but we can only do that if we're notified, and will be much more
receptive if the notification doesn't sound like simply more
AOL-bashing. If you want to AOL-bash, there are plenty of places
dedicated to doing that, but that's not likely to help solve the
problems. If you want to help solve the problems, then you've got to
act like it.
