I've said it before, and I'll say it again: if this is the case,
why are unverified accounts still able to send email and post to
usenet?
This is not meant to be personally hostile, Brad. You and David
have done amazing work at AOL, dragging it kicking and screaming
towards good citizenship. But this one thing could potentially
make more of a difference than everything else combined, and it
astounds me that it still hasn't been done.
