There are also lists specific to Majordomo, and I presume that
there are lists specific to other products. If you want one that is
not specific to any particular list, then list-managers is the only
one I know of.
Lately, it's been rather focussed on problems with AOL users, but
that's because AOL users present a very real problem for list
managers around the world (a fact that I was recently convinced of by
Chuq von Rospach). And problems with users at any one particular
site (or problems with a whole site, such as the ones caused when
CompuServe changed their gateway software a while back and broke
quite a few things in the process) are also appropriate.
Questions specific to any one particular mailing list management
program (ListServ, Majordomo, ListProc, etc...) are *not* appropriate
for this list.
