These headers will only be guaranteed to function correctly when used in
context.  This means they must be in the header of the mail message, not in
a web page.

Could we try to keep this discussion on one mailing list?  It just doesn't
make sense to try and follow it on three at once.  I believe this started
on the ListMom list, and suggest it stay there consistently until finished.
