There's enough traffic in multiple lists to warrant a list dedicated to
work on the Mail List Specification Headers. This effort requires a
coalition between listmoms, client software developers, listserver
developers, and the mailto url specifiers - so we need a place where all
can participate.
The new list will be open to everyone who has an interest in the
development of the specification (listmoms, client software developers,
listserver developers, mailto url specifiers, etc.).
