	Difficult to say if this was a real person or not.  From the 
little research I've done, the names "Boyan" and "Jekov" in the Euro-
Bloc countries seem to be about as common as "Bill" and "Johnson" are 
here.

	I personally would chalk it up to ignorance.  I've seen some 
pretty strange stuff come from overseas...
