David is away from the office for a little while, so even if you
send him email at this address, it will result in an automated
form-letter response, and may or may not be delayed in having a real
human look at it until he gets back.
I've sent copies of the original posting to addresses of several
people who work for David, and since I don't know which of them might
be the ultimate right person, I'll just leave it at that.
