Subject: "loops back to myself" error

Folks
I hope this isn't too much of a dummy question, but trying to send to a
Solaris machine, I get back an error "Local configuration error: mail loops
back to myself" This is true for all mail to at least one user on that
machine. I don't know about other users.

It's a newly installed user - can the user fix this, or is it a
system-level problem? In either case, how is it usually fixed?

Thanks for any help you can provide. Below is the actual text of the
error, with the actual domain deleted.
